Gypsy red and ivory white. 265 V8 and 3 on the tree standard transmission. Car now has 51,000 miles on it. Over the years I have purchased many new parts from you people and have always been very happy with the fit and finish. You people that work there should be really proud of the product you produce. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Lawrence Chassie.
P.S. I should have added I am from Kamloops, British Columbia,Canada”.
…. Thanks for the kind words, Lawrence. We are very proud of what we do here at Danchuk and it means alot when our customers say they approve. Thank you very much. – Danchuk
Next we have these sent in by Alex Pereira. Thanks for sending in your pics an story, Alex. Really cool.
Alex writes… “NEVER FOR SALE”. I bought this car from the original owner in April 1995 when I was 17 years old. As you can see it needed total restoration. The car has lived in Southern California its entire life, so it had no rust. At the time, my Dad thought I was crazy to buy this car. Even at a young age, I’ve always loved the ’57 Chevy! With lots of money, sweat and tears, and help from family and friends over the last 26 years, she is beautiful once again!! In 2004, the car was our getaway car after our wedding. I now have a 9 year old son, Austin, who knows that the car will eventually be passed down to him, and he can’t wait for that day! Thank you Danchuk for all of your technical help and quality USA made parts!
Alex, Brooke and Austin Pereira”.
… Thanks for the kudos, Alex. And thank you for letting us be a part of your build. Car is beautiful. Awesome job. – Danchuk

Wade Barb sent us this pic of his 55. Awesome 55, Wade. Thanks for sharing.
Wade writes… “1955 Chevy 210 Delray. It has ben in the family since 1970. My dad’s brother bought it in 1970, got hit in it in 1971, fixed it back up drove it until 1986 when he parked it. Me and my dad got it in 2015 and did a full frame-off restoration on it”.
Thanks for sharing, Wade.
We have always said that the story behind these cars is as much a part of the car as the car itself, and this story about Kent’s ’57 is a great example of this. We would love to hear your car story and see your pics and we think other customers and Danchuk fans would too. So please go to www.danchukusa.com/2020car and follow the instructions to send us YOUR car story and pics. WE PROMISE that if you do we will feature them on our Blog, in our emails and in our social media posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
