Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Danchuk is located in Orange County, California, where a Health Officer’s Order was issued on Tuesday, March 17th, 2020. Our primary concern is the health and well being of our employees, customers, and vendors. We have implemented policies, as recommended by the Order, that will help protect everyone we work with and diminish the possibility of COVID-19 spreading throughout Orange County. Back in October we asked our customers, via email and social media, to please send us some of their Christmas Themed photos that we could include in our Christmas Flyer. For their trouble we promised to give away some Danchuk goodies to those who were used in the flyer and to run a contest for everyone that sent in a picture. Some people, like James Wright (above), had photos at the ready and others made them up for the contest and they all told us about their ride, or how the photo came about etc. Really cool.
Thank you to all 28 of our customers who took the time to respond and send us photos. Continue reading
On July 26, 2019 Jeff Lutz sent us this photo of “The 57”. The 57 was wrecked while doing some testing for the upcoming season of Street Outlaws, and Jeff needed to have The 57 rebuilt in 10 days! Danchuk went into action immediately to do everything possible to facilitate the project.
The first hurdle was to get a quarter panel and rocker panel shipped nearly 2,500 miles east from California to Pennsylvania. Danchuk got the body parts and a bunch of beautiful, high quality Made in the USA parts on their way while Jeff’s crew began the teardown of The 57. Continue reading

Since it is the time of the year we make our Seconds available to our customers we wanted to show you these too. But this is a little different situation so we felt that more information was going to be necessary so we make sure everyone knows what the problems are with this part and why it is a Second. Also, as these are no longer being produced the ones we have with this defect are the only ones left in the world. As such, we cannot replace these Seconds with a First Run part if you are not happy because there are no more available.
The main reason these were deemed Seconds are pointed out in the photos. It is an issue with the tool used to stamp these and it effects the bottom of the bumper at the curves where the front curves into the sides of the car. The company making these has decided not to try and fix or replace the tool. So there will be no more unless someone else decides to make them. We took the photos of the problem areas and tried to point them out so there were no surprises. We also took video so you could see how they looked from the front and all over.
We have a limited quantity of these Seconds with the same defect in each at the bottom of the curves in the corners. Plating and such is pretty darn nice and the rest of the Bumper is very Continue reading

As the days get shorter and the evenings become cooler there are not too many more months left to enjoy our toys. Soon, most of us will have to put them away until the warmer temperatures return.
To help you make sure your car comes out of hibernation in the best condition it can we put together a quick checklist of things you should probably be doing when that time comes. Read On.
- The first is a no brainer. You want to find a safe, secure and dry spot to store your car. Excess moisture can really take a toll when left unchecked for months.
- Wash your car. And be sure to clean top and underneath. Road debris and grime needs to be cleaned away so it does not create problems.
- Wax the car. Besides being a lot of fun, waxing will help maintain the shine and will protect and preserve the color of your paint during the winter months.
- Clean the upholstery. Get all those loose fries and pieces of paper the kids, Continue reading
