We established our company's reputation early with parts like our '57 Bel Air aluminum side panel inserts. When we introduced them in 1978 their quality was the highest attainable, but we've never been content to leave well enough alone. After much research and experimentation we have found a way to produce a brighter side panel while adding an extra level of protection to the material as well. The grooves are precision-cut to the original depth and width, showing off the subtle contrast between the polished ridges and the buff-finish grooves. After the intricate, multiple step process of material preparation is complete, we use first class American tooling to perfectly shape the side panels, and most importantly put the complex contour in the back of the side panel so they fit flawlessly against the quarter panels

Danchuk part # 573B comes assembled with our gold-finished Bel Air scripts and crest emblems, but they are available with the new forged Bel Air scripts and crest emblems.  Danchuk # 573B will work for any model 1957 classic Chevy 4-door sedan or wagon.  All parts are Made in the United States of America.  Additional handling and oversized shipping is required.
