This is the sheetmetal bodymount reinforcement that installs on the floorpan, rear, where the floorpan meets the trunk area. It measures 8.25" x 4.5"x 2.5" and it has the body mount bolt nut welded to it. It adds strength to the rear floor where the body mount installs.
